Rosa has just paid for Local. Dana Whitfield, her person at TownHum since her first post, takes her through onboarding.
Dana writes from the helpdesk with this week's steps. Rosa can reach her by chat, email or phone.
She adds TownHum as manager in Google's own screen. TownHum never asks to own it. If a business has no profile, TownHum creates one in the owner's name.
She adds Marco, her manager, to approve posts and send clips. He acts from the links in his texts and emails, with no account.
She picks which kinds of reply go out on the reviewer's pass alone. The rest always wait for her yes, and she can stop this any time.
She sets her closures, the days nothing posts, and a date worth a post.
TownHum lists every fix to her profile, and says which ones could get it suspended. Each waits for her yes. She says yes to the photos, the service and the hours, and not now to the category.
Her Accounts page shows each account as hers, the role TownHum holds, who else has access, and every change made.
