Before TownHum, Rosa paid Bright Local Media for a year. She stopped paying in the summer, but they still have access.
Her Accounts page shows that Bright Local Media is still on her Page and her Business Profile.
The takeover lists her own steps in order. A step that needs Meta's or Google's help shows how long the platform takes, and Dana takes it from there.
She removes Bright Local Media herself, in Meta's own settings, then does the same in Google's.
Bright Local Media sent her a folder of photos and a list of scheduled posts. She can fill in the import template, or ask Dana in the helpdesk to import it for her.
The photos and videos arrive in her library, used only once she confirms they are hers. The three scheduled posts arrive in her calendar, and none goes out without her yes.
Her history records the move. Nobody but her and TownHum has access now.
