Monday 9 November, 8:00 AM. Rosa and Marco are opening up. Rosa has been on Local for a week.
Rosa gets one text with the link, and the same by email. Marco, who sends clips, gets the shot list. In India and the UAE this comes in WhatsApp, with the post previews, approval and clip upload in the chat.
The sitting opens with what last week brought in: the enquiries, the replies, and the one question she answered.
The posts of the week starting today show next, passed by a reviewer. One she approved last Tuesday when its clip came in; she approves the two left.
The shot list opens with no sign-in. Each shot says what to take and which of next week's posts it's for.
On Tuesday, between orders, Marco films the cortado on his phone. It uploads straight to the library.
The clip becomes a draft as it arrives. Once a reviewer passes it, Rosa gets a text and approves the reel from the link.
Three of four shots are in, each already a draft. A post whose shot hasn't come by Friday is drafted from her library and waits for next Monday's sitting.
