TownHum storyboards

One business per client account. The house's agents draft the posts, replies, ads and report, a reviewer of the house passes each one, and nothing goes out without the owner's yes. Everything is written into his own accounts, and a named human knows the business.

Journeys

  1. First hour: from a search to his first drafts approved before he connects, his first post live on his own Facebook Page, and his person introduced.
  2. Pick a plan: the free calendar's gap and the month's unanswered enquiries and reviews, the plans side by side, checkout, start date and first report day.
  3. Onboarding on Local: Business Profile granted, a staff approver added, the replies that go out without his yes picked, blocked days set, the Profile fixed on his yes.
  4. Takeover: the old firm still has access; he removes it step by step, his library comes across, and its scheduled posts wait for his yes.
  5. Weekly sitting: last week's enquiries and replies, the posts left approved, the shot list, and each clip a draft as it arrives.
  6. Same-day special: asked before noon, approved, live that day.
  7. Daily replies: an enquiry answered inside the stated time, the kinds he picked sent without his yes, one question held for him.
  8. Monthly report: customers against the baseline, the leads the inbox handled and offer redemptions, and the posts behind each line.
  9. Ads on Growth: budget set, campaigns on his own ad account, a budget move on his yes, results in customers.
  10. Leaving: cancel with the end date and fall back to Free; on ending the account, export, roles removed, ownership confirmed.
